Billing and Payment

Cruises: All cruise payments are governed by the selected cruise line. A deposit is required at the time of booking and final payment is due 75 days prior to the cruise. If booking is within that timeframe, then full payment is due at the time of booking and penalties imposed by the cruise line will be applied.

Any penalties, cancellation fees, immigration and documentation requirements will be explained at the time of booking and are subject to the policy of selected cruise line. A brochure of the cruise will be provided and we encourage our clients to read the policy once they receive the brochure. If a client is denied boarding for lack of proper documentation, Forget-Me-Not Occasion will not be held responsible and client will forfeit all monies unless cancellation insurance has been secured prior to departure.

Cancellation insurance is available and is highly recommended.

Romantic Getaways & Overnight Rendezvous: Payment is due within 24 hours of making your reservation and is subject to any cancellation fees applicable to any hotel, limousine and tour company contracted. Forget-Me-Not Occasions will pay the hotel, limousine and Tour Company upfront for all services agreed to. Once client has checked in, any additional services or charges to their room will be additional and paid by client upon their departure.

Flowers and Gift Baskets: Payments for any floral arrangement or Gift Basket orders are due at the time the order is placed with Forget-Me-Not Occasions.

Proposal Packages: A 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed and details have been agreed upon. The balance will be due (3) three days prior to the event unless it is on a cruise and then all payments are governed by the selected cruise company's policy.

Forget-Me-not Occasions will explain all details and make sure you are 100% in agreement with services ordered before any payment is processed. A signed agreement outlining all details will be faxed or emailed to you for approval and once approved; payment will be processed as outlined above based upon service requested. MC or Visa will be accepted.

Personal checks will be accepted up to 15 days prior to event. Within 15 days, only credit card or cashier check will be accepted for final payment. Any checks returned will be charged a $50 additional processing fee.
